I think you might need a search engine crawler simulator to find how your pages looked in SE's eyes.  There are many online, just search for one.

Hell with the sitemap, you need big page rank. So increase your backlinks, that's how you're going to get every post indexed. Also try linking posts to other posts, that will spread pr across all your pages. Use relevant anchor texts though.

I think google will crawl blogs on blogger.com automatically as it's google's and google does that to many sites already ,I even saw a domain registar list at which google crawl domains automatically
