Just wanted to put in a little plug for my hosts, Laughing Squid. They're not the dirt cheapest on the internet, but I really love their customer service.

If you're in the market for reliable web hosting, check 'em out!

and no, I have no affiliation with Laughing Squid other than being a customer ... and I'm not getting paid at all for this!

They are generally in the top tier of hosting business. They themselves are hosted at Rackspace and Rackspace Cloud which are both easily the best hosting providers.
