one great resource i use is free traffic system, yes as the name implies it is ACTUALLY free.

They offer a paid service but its not necessary.

basically you sumit an article with a very good spinner and you can choose up to 30 blogs you would like to publish your article on. You have one link with anchor text in  each article and one link from another user.

I'm a seo expert, so I can confirm that all backlinks, no matter what website they are on, will do good for you. The more you have the better - especially if those sites are of a PageRank of 5 or more.

Sadly, Google does not count how many backlinks you have on websites with lower than 5 Page Rank, therefore paying agencies to do this is a waste of time, and money - so make sure they do high page rank sites.

SEO isn't all about backlinks, it's various things, even Press Releases, Article Submissions etc are types of seo.

just leave comment and submit your post to social bookmarking and follow in some forum with put your signature. Spend about 2-3 hours per day browsing through these DoFollow forums. Your daily goal is to make at least 20 posts in 3 selected forums related to your niche. Just visit and read my link below  And u will get more backlink, believe it

Don't think about back links if your blogs just have 10 postings.Just try to make valuable posting for your blog and you will get traffics.

You can either do a google search and contact another blog owner to exchange backlinks, or you can write articles and publish them to article directories.
