List Style placement problem

Got a quick question for you CSS/HTML wizards.

I'm experiencing an odd problem with the placement of my List items. http://advnationtest.blogspot.com/

Scroll down to Recent Comments or Twitter in the sidebar and it shows all my list item discs outside the box to the left. What is causing this? How do I put the dics in the box right before the text entry?

Thank you so much. You know it all. I am not used to css and new xml coding. I'm more familiar with older HTML.

Yeah the code is complicated. I used a template that I liked but I wanted to personalize it so I am trying to change a lot of things. It might have been easier if I started from scratch. LOL
