i suggest: -add a 'follow' gadget and an rss feed gadget so that other bloggers and such can subscribe. if you follow other bloggers, they often return the favor as well. -visit your followers (or any blog you can find) and leave relevant and helpful comments on their blogs while making sure your profile or signature links back to you if they want to return the favor (don't spam them tho) -visit forums where the content is relevant to your blog and post helpful and interesting posts/replies (don't spam there either)

@sachin..thanks for your kind suggestion. I tried but because of its width size I couldnt fit in the sidebar.
Anyway I am trying best to make it on top.

My only suggestion is your header. You have this nice layout, nice overall blog and you have this blurry pixelated header at the top!

One quick thought on your blog. Move your "Follow" tag above the Adsense widget. Gives it a bit more importance. RT...
