I need your help guys.

I am 3 yrs old in SEO but 0 in blog coding and designing. Actually I dint get chance to play with all those. And now I am missing something.

So guys if you could help to provide some helpful resources from which I can learn something about blog coding and designing.

Any help would be appreciated.

I assume the question pertains to Blogger designs? First you'll want to brush up on basic CSS and XHTML and there is no better place than W3C.
