What code controls the side bar placement in the page?

For example: http://advnationtest.blogspot.com/

I have a big space to the right of my carousel javascript and I want to move the whole sidebar up to fill that space.

How do I do this? Thank you!

Thanks for the reply. Yes it's my test site since blogger doesn't have ftp or anything to do site testing.

Either HTML or CSS, whatever fixes it. I tried to reduce the width of the javascript image carousel and I thought that would move the sidebar up to near the header, but it did not happen. Then when I look at the HTML code, I do not see anywhere to move the sidebar up in the placement, so now there's a big space to the right of the javascript image rotation and above the sidebar. I hope that made sense.

The secondary question is, if I moved it up, would it destroy the alignment in Post Pages?

Edit:
Actually I have a better way of explaining it. I want to make both objects near the top like this: http://magasin-uno-template-hive.blogspot.com/

Where the image rotation and the sidebar are aligned at the top near the header.

Thanks again for your time and help!

I only wanted it on the main page, not post pages.

Your code change works perfectly. Thank you so much! :)
