This is my first blog, it has been up about a week and a half. I know if I ever want my blog to get big, I would have to change off of blogspot.  My template is not so great either for blogspot, I have seen much better. Right now I am focusing on getting people to subscribe to my blog and follow my twitter by sending out regular emails/feeds every few days and hosting a couple of giveaways. How did you guys start to get subscribers? Thanks Heather

Thanks for that link it gives me somewhere to start. I have been trying to drive people with things that I have thought up in my head. I am not doing too bad on hits either, considering how long it has been up for and that all of my hits are unknown people, I haven't clued in my family or friends yet.
