Once upon a time in a world vast and electronic, an ambitious social entrepreneur created two blogs, one personal and the other for business. A short time later this visionary dreamer realized what a challenge it would be to maintain the glamorous and high-maintenance life style of her new social buddies. She wondered if it might be better to blend the best of each blogs personality into a single space where she could share her life with them both. The dilemma was the age old question about mixing business with pleasure. Should they be permitted to mingle? So she posed the question to the great people of the land and this is what they had to say….. (to be continued)

My challenge is this:

I am a social entrepreneur who is the founder of a start up non-profit trying to build a presence on the internet.

I am also a writer working on a personal memoir which I hope to publish next year. Large parts of my “secret life” which is the working title of the book and the personal blogg are the inspiration for the non-profit I have founded and continue to build.

Should I blend my personal blog, an eclectic musings of my overactive imagination, with my business blog which is more to the point and built on the mission of the non-profit or should they remain separate blogs?

If I keep them separate is more important to promote one over the other and can I link them to one another?

Here are the links to both if you with skim over them before you share your greatly needed brilliant guidance with me.
