Get a oneway Backlink for criticising my blog

Hi Bloggers,
We have recently come up with a Beta release of Blog promoters network where you can collaborate with other bloggers and promote each others blog and sites on  DIGG, TWITTER and DELICIOUS. This site can be found at usocialize.us

We have come up with a Blog for our Website so that we can communicate to our most important target users - "Bloggers". I would like the forum members to review our Blog http://usocialize.blogspot.com and let us know your feedback about our Site and Blog.

I hv seen many experts commenting about other blogs, can someone please suggest me what u think about this blog? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

i would say the layout itself is quite simple yet nice and tech-savvy alrdy.just i would say to increase the attractiveness of your blog,aspects that would render people to linger long enough in your blog,something like interesting post,or picture,or whatever.

@randyra  - Thanks for the feedback. I will try to add some good images too. I Need to find some good pictures or logos.

I am really bad at designing beautiful pages and when I start adding images and more colors to a page I personally feels its looking good but when I show it to some1 they dont like it.

I dont know this is only for me or what - the site is opening like opening in a mobile. No borders, images, colors etc. Like i am browsing 20 yrs old webpage.

Your blog looks good and simple but there lots to work on.

1) Try to put images with the post. 

2) You need to work on the title of the blog with meta tag for better promotion.

3) Right bar not looking good as there is lots of empty space below right bar.

4) Create a sitemap.

5) If you read and post, there is no link to go to the homepage of your blog. Pu Blog home link for better navigation.
