Adding stuff to my Sidebar

Basically I want to add this "Follow Us" thing to my sidebar, under the "Follow Us" thing will be Subscribe to RSS, follow us on twitter and subscribe via email. How would I do this?

Look at this guys (www.problogger.net) sidebar, where it says "Subscribe to Problogger Blog Tips" and has RSS links and twitter and stuff I want to have a similar thing to that on my blog.

You are using a WordPress template. WordPress makes it extremely easy to add content to your sidebar, but it takes reading some online information at the WordPress site.

Thanks, I just figured out how to add stuff to the sidebar. However it doesn't come out how I want it to come out I have no idea how to change it. I know you have to change stuff on the Stylesheet file I tried but it don't work.

The only time you need to alter the style sheet is when you want to change the visuals of the theme. Give us an example of what you are trying to do.

Basically I want this on my sidebar-


I tried adding it via Widgets, however it didn't come out how I expected it-


I want to keep the Red heading (Follow Us part) and want the darker grey part to cover everything, I also want to add images before "Subscribe to problogger via RSS" and the other ones.

Yeah when I "borrowed" the code I tried to add the css but it still didn't work, I might try it again. I was trying to play around with the code so that I got it perfect then I was going to change the wording from problogger to Sigtuts.
