I found an incredibly cheap and super quick web hosting company... www.livinhost.com I host all my servers on it and it runs incredibly smooth and the hosting is top quality. I am so excited about discovering this place, this is a must use for people needing to host there site for a cheap amount and have incredible top notch quality.

Sorry to tell you but you are being hosted by a reseller.  If the person running the site doesn't make money, most likely your site will go poof by the end of the year.

2) He actually is the owner of the resale company.
