Need Suggestions, Links and Followers For my Blog

Hi,

I just launched a blog http://theprettygeeks.blogspot.com

I will add more content soon but right now

1. I need some feedback from You Guys. How it is?
2. Tell me how to exchange links.
3. For the ppl who will visit my blog and in future will like to link to my blog, how to manage it, Like will i need to add some gadget so that ppl can click on it and they will link to my blog?.....In my custom blogger template i see "Link to my post" at ever bottom of my post.....Is it fine or i will need some "Link to my Blog" gadget so that ppl will link as a whole.
4. I want followers

Your site is good, you have a lots of content. But I don't think you should seek for followers or links in this forum.

Find some forums/site or blogs that deal with poetry, and literature.

You surely will have a lots of response if you knock in the right place.
