My website has been banned!

My website has been banned! I cannot find it anywhere in Google or even in AltaVista for that matter. I've always been number 3 or 4 on the first SERP of Google, but now I just cannot find my site anywhere!

Maybe you've done some black hat techniques and Google detected it that's why your site was banned by google.

@chimeara, yeah, that's probably what he does.. Search engines just don't ban sites without valid reasons.. You must have done something illegal..

Anyways, why don't you make an appeal to them, contact them directly and ask for some explanation. You might be surprised that you've actually crossed the bridge without taking any step forward.
