</body>PROBLEM: The pop up appears as soon as the current web page 100% loaded with the ads inside the pop up window.. but after I click Close button the backround text & Colors are well closed.. but the ads still remains there
Do I have missed some code?
Could anyone Help me?

But what I really want is how to make the up to be appeared only like below & what must I do to make Absolute Center-Foot of the Pages just Like below Picture with a Working Close button?
