You are changing blog url and it wild definitely effect PR.

however you can try to use 301 redirection to pass the gravity

Hi Mary,

I just check your Pagerank and your blog still has no pagerank. Since your blog already does not have any pagerank you should not worry about it much..

I recently moved from Blogger to Custom domain and listed out my negative experience in this post
