I've got one websites, whose page rank keep changing all the time, rising and falling. I keep updating the content, I've add its link to comments on other blogs, I've submit articles to directories such as DIGG.
However, Google algorithm change too often. Sometimes, too hard to understand.

By page rank i think your referring to the SERPSs (search engine rank page) and its your index moving up down. Page rank is something very different achieved by obtaining back links from highly PR'd sites. unless your back links are being deleted your page rank will only increase/stay the same. As far as the SERPS go these change ALL the time. Keep performing seo strategies to ensure your continuous increase!
