I keep reading posts about people talking about having more pages indexed.  Do you just have to get the site's main url indexed, or do you have to submit every single page you post??

in my opinion, you just need to submit the main URL index. :)

if you will get the other page indexed they will aslo show in the search results. and if only your homepage is indexed than just the first page will show on search engines. so it`s good to have a few links to your other posts as well :)

Once Google have indexed your main page its spiders will follow any links from there, so Google should find and index all of your pages.

I guess you should index just the main page, as for the rest, it can do without that

Spider bots will follow every link that is within your index page  and index those pages, so it is only important to submit your main page via Google.
